Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed through NightsBridge on receipt of payment or an accepted guarantee. Rates quoted are per room, per night, and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:00. Please contact us in advance to arrange out-of-hours arrivals.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation terms follow the policy set at the time of booking on NightsBridge. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
4. House rules
We are a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted. Guests are asked to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests, particularly after 22:00.
5. Liability
Grace View Guesthouse accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property except where such is caused by our negligence.
